6. Vehicle Requirements and Preparation

• Remove personal items from the vehicle
• Provide all necessary keys and security codes
• Ensure adequate fuel for testing

7. Legal Compliance and Responsibilities

Customer Responsibilities:

• Ensure any modifications comply with local laws and regulations
• Inform insurance providers of any modifications
• Use modified vehicles responsibly and within legal limits
• Understand that some modifications may affect emissions compliance
• Comply with MOT and roadworthiness requirements

My Responsibilities:

• Provide services in accordance with UK regulations
• Advise on legal implications of modifications
• Maintain appropriate business licenses and insurance
• Follow industry best practices and safety standards

8. Warranties and Guarantees

Service Warranty:

• All work is guaranteed against defects for the specified warranty period
• ECU remapping includes lifetime software support
• Hardware modifications carry manufacturer warranties where applicable
• Warranty is void if vehicle is modified by third parties
• Warranty covers workmanship, not wear and tear

Warranty Exclusions:

• Damage caused by misuse, racing, or abuse
• Normal wear and tear of engine components
• Modifications performed by other parties
• Use of incorrect fuel or oil specifications
• Failure to follow recommended maintenance schedules

9. Limitation of Liability

My liability for any loss or damage is limited to the cost of the service provided. I am not liable for:

• Consequential or indirect damages
